Ben's idea of where the different Latches are. The reason the Vandals Latch isn't connected to the other Latches is because Lanaya took them through the forbidden zone to get there.

I had a different idea. I was thinking each latch bordered the forbidden zone and were arranged around it. The unclear part to me was how many latches there are.
However, I like your arrangement. It makes sense based on the text. My only quibble would be that I do not think Lotti's latch was quite so far away from the fire latch. Like you show, they would not have to border one another.
I also saw the latch as being a series of concentric circles with Eden in the middle. Your diagram helped me visualize it now more accurately. If it was concentric circles you would not have to travel through each latch to reach the next, you would just go through the one to reach Eden directly.
