Let me see… As you can tell, TJ is having some money problems. That makes it possible he could have stole it, along with the notes that were scattered. They were written on a Double Dynamo™ wrapper. Remember how Sammy said at any time of the day, TJ would be scarfing down a double dynamo? Is possible! But I am also beginning to believe that it may have been Officer Borsh. He really has taken a hating for Sammy, hasn’t he? It you committed a crime, would you be angry at a kid who is trying to solve the crime? I thought so. But I am thinking it is TJ.

- In chapter 11 we learned that TJ has money problems.
- In Chapter 12 we learned that it was likely that someone targeted Gina.
- We learned that Gina only told one friend she had the money.
- She told the friend while talking to her in Maynard’s store. TJ was there.
- The Napkin blocking the door was a Double Dynamo wrapper. One of TJ’s favorites.
- The Wrapper had Gina’s room number on in, confirming she was targeted. It also had the letters HH.
- The note under Graybill’s door was also a DD napkin.
- TJ could not have been the thief since Sammy certainly would have recognized him.
- In Chapter 11, when talking on the phone about his money problems, TJ addresses the person on the other end of the phone as Hugh.

Could TJ being giving Hugh inside information that Hugh is using to target robbery victims?

The HH on the Double Dynamo napkin must be critical. Is Hudson connected somehow? Who's this Hugh that TJ is talking with about his money troubles? Where did TJ get the money to invest in commodities anyway and why haven't we seen Maynard at the store at all? It's all going to come back to the double dynamo, isn't it?
